Author temp stays round the 100 mark?

my temp gauge on te clocks seems to read between 95 and the first redline mark most of the time, especially when idle touchin the redline section. could one reason for this because the sensor isnt actually attached to teh car, its just floatin around giving me innacurate readings?

Yeh re attach it to the spade connector mate. Will solve your problem!
