how can you substitute weetabix for oats? They're contain no way near the amount of carbs oats do.

Do we now? Ive read many posts on here with people saying it does

it is just a figure of speach, the reason people believe it is true is like i have said, when you burn fat, u burn the stored carbs (fat) and your muscles need carbs to grow, so youreplace this fat with bigger muscle! if u get me

i was wrong, oats have more, and with me being on a CARB RESTRICTED diet i have less, this works for me, diff people can eat diffrent things, its what works for you!

How low do you want to go drunkenfool? If you go any lower you'll look stupid imo, going to low for your height/age so your underweight is just as bad as being overweight. If i were you i'd look at doing more weights and pack some muscle on.

Don't buy weights for at home, alot of reasons why its hard to fail/not work. Home gym might only last a few months if you make quick progress, then you have to keep buying weights and its more and more money. Also the benches cant be trusted if you do bench pressing etc when you get to a higher weight, also you need an iron will of dedication when doin it at home as its easy to leave it. I'd sign up to a gym and go that way, you have all the equipment, motivation and help all there. Don't waste your money on home gym equipment.

I really seriously would encourage you to look at building muscle now. If your down to 10st then thats fine, you look small as it is. I suggest you have a read on www.muscletalk.co.uk as theres alot of free information on there to utilise. Also don't buy mens health magazines and read these "GET A 6 PACK ON THIS DIET JUST LIKE JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE" as its all bullshit.

I'm not going to write about diets on here, but check that site out and the articles and you'll learn alot. Theres also www.bodybuilding.com which is motivating and useful, especially the Transformation pages. You can see similar guys who have gone from your size to packing on alot of musclel and look healthy and toned.
