I take it you had an officer in court that was trying to push for you to get done? or was the judge being an arsehole?

The magistrates judges and legal advisers were defo on my side... it was this 70 year old woman acting on behalf of the police that was pushing for prosecution.

I'm just happy that its been overturned one less thing to worry about!
