slept for 5 hours

got in at two this morning and then went to bed at like 3.30 was up and out for work by 8 and then soon as i came home at 12 i thought id have a power nap, i think i acheived that

in normal sleeping i feel more "phased out" when i have more sleep, i do enjoy sleeping for long periods of time on weekends though, feels so good to wake up after like 14 hours sleep or something.

Im working untill 4 then i have to drive to Swindon to see my parents then drive back late and get up at 6am

I have 6 & half hrs sleep in the week, so now at the weekends and even after being out all night I still wake up after roughly 6 & half hrs
