roll a football out in the road or something similar to that when he drives towards your house or something similar.
when he cant stop too quickly, have another word with him and tell him how that ball could have been a kid.
if you get a poor response still then do the 'Dave A' method of road awareness education

our streets have little speed cameras on them now speed reduced to 15mph in a built up area, as sum kid was almost killed 2months ago due to a 17year old trying to show off in his metro.

mate, people like that piss me right off. im 19 and i can drive a bit fast in certain situations but not wreckless and stupid like the dick you just mentioned. must of bin sooooo dam frustrating just havin him act dumb.
what you need is burnards watch, stop time, lamp him one cleaan in the face as hard as you can. start time when you're well away from him and just smile.

Next time walk outside your house, let him see you coming, but make sure you are carrying a baseball bat or something.
