just in the last weeks i have:
Sent £220 to mailia because he crashed a moped
Pick him up from work several times because him car has broken down
Lent him £50 because hes lost his cash car
Picked him up from fallowfield because he went out and has no money to get home at 7am in the morning
now its not loads but it all goes without a thanks, he constantly asks for favors, lend him this/that and the other! he only talks nice to me when he needs something and the rest of the time he talks to me like crap or not at all
i approached him tonight saying he needs to have some more respect because he taking the piss abit talking to me like crap because i wont pick him up everyday/take him his dinner at work yesterday/lend him my cash card, when its totally out of my way and im busy, he acts like hes done nothing wrong and just gives me abuse saying im chatting shit

im kinda like this with my brother. only get on when hes lending me money he's 3 years younger than me. although i do give him lifts etc so it isnt quite as bad.

I can't say I've had any ill feeling towards my brothers/sisters as we're all buddies with each other, only problem I have is they follow me onto CS and register. 
Seriously though rather than rant at him you maybe better off just refusing to do things for him and just leave him to sweat when he needs something, should sort him out.

same with my bro. he crashed his car so i put my car on hold what was ready 4 a spray job 2 fix his car up. when i accidentally dropped a headlight when fixing the car (which he has about 4 sets). i fixed the car eg new bonnet new slam panel new bumper bar basically a new front end. which i done 4 all the work 4 free
he comes 2 get the car and says u fucking pillick you smashed me fuckin light and then spits his dummy out and stamps his feet
i beat the shit out of him all the time but never does any good i always get fcuk off when he walks off.
so now i dont do anything for him. i think hes adopted
