i used to power sleep in my car when i did split shifts at a restaurant in Southport, with a 3 hour gap it didn't seem worth going home, so parked on the sea front and went to sleep for abit always feel really dozy afterwards though

if I have short sleeps it makes me feel worse.

Saying that I only need a few hours sleep a night so not really tired during the day to go to sleep.

I also get realy bad pins and needles in one of my legs when i have a nap.

Its not so funny trying to get up off a broken chair and falling over and then walking to the front of reception like a complete cock!
