My cars tax has ran out and so has my MOT, mot should be done in next week or 2. As my cars tax as ran out do i declare it sorn.
Also if i do it says comfermation (sp) letter wont arrive for up to 4 week, but my mot should be done by then !
Any advice would be great !

If your going to retax it within the 2 weeks then dont sorn it! I thought i had to declair mine sorn if i couldnt pay the tax so i did and then got some money to tax! what a night mare. 3 visits to the post office, a few phone calls and i finaly found my v5 to do it manualy!

They wont catch up with you within 2 weeks. Just leave it...

i got a fine 4 doin it if u sorn it u will still manage to tax it even if u dnt have the bit that u get thru the post sayin u need tax iirc
