got a couple of problems with my corsa, i lowered it 60mm on 15''s and it rubs at the back, even after grinding the lip off the arches and cutting the plastic arch trim slightly. what more arch work can be done and how? the wheels have quite an offset so im thinking i might have to go for some with less offset?

whats the wheels offset
should as close to 49 that you can get

try taking out one of the bolts that hold the plastic trim on the one in the middle normally rubs

also what size tyre are you using?

with mine i hit the metal edge out so if it hits it it jus rubs n doesn't cut into the tyre like urs is doin. it will fail its mot with those marks on the tyre.
