Is this a simple case of heat and remove, or will I have to touch up/spray where they were fitted after removing ?

i.e; Have the panels been fully painted under them?

yup are painted underneath peel them off, i use a heatgun to soften the glue get an old maplin card or something underneath and prise it off, i use petrol to remove glue and then polish with t-cut to restor colour.
