went to my mates garage
delivered stuff to lee mitchell
went to see fro dizzle at work
came home and helped my mate get a mk1 golf engine out of his punto
saw loubielou

not at all, just havent been to the gym for a week or two so I'm not massively out of shape mate

Even if I was feeling the burn on Sunday, the hangover took priority.
