Im looking for a new socket set that is good quality and relativly cheap

Good socket set.

Thats mine,might not seem cheap,but the lifetime guarntee on them makes it worth it imo

what are you after? 1/4? 3/8? 1/2?

Snap on do a blue point range of 1/4 and 3/8, there only 50 plus vat and 99 plus vat. you wont get nothing as good for as cheap

Always stuck with halfords stuff down to if you break it they'll replace no if's or buts

its the different drive sizes. Basically for car work you will use 3/8 most of the time or a 1/2 if you need to undo/do up something tight
1/4 is the smallest drive and can be usefull on ocasions but ive never needed one

I got the halfords one, only got cause you can replace it if anythin breaks. Wait till there on sale for £100 they always bring them down to that for a while.

Teng Tools for me, all of their stuff is good, and again, if it ever breaks, they replace

got that halfords set for at home since its a pain bringing tools home from work all the time and its a great set and cost me less than £100 on sale and trade
