I'm not asking people to like it, but appreciate that back in 2000/1 it was different and a break from the norm witha few things not done before.

i think im the least likly ever person to appricate kitted cars on here, but AT THE TIME it was stunning (well when i read the redline feature i thought it was amazing)

seeing these reminds me of when c5rsa, when it was blue with the inta kit just as it came out took all the limelight off c4rsa at the same meet, just after he'd bought a brand new 1.6 sport and spent loaads on it, dave and claire were so pissed off lol

Mr Dave Wilkes, that car was gorgeous. I remember he spent a fair whack on some tuning goodies for the 1.4 16v that was in it as well, but was still slower than my standard GSi
