About to remove EGR and give it a good old clean - 3 questions:

1) Is it worth blanking it off - if so do I need to re-flash the EMU (and who can do this)
2) If i do blank off - where can Iget a blanking plate from
3) Do I need to partially drain the collant system as the Haynes manual mentions? - why?
