That is bollocks, all calls are recorded They are recorded for that sole reason that if anything had to be resolved, they can look into the file!

Those 3rd party companies are annoying as fook!

To be fair, you haven't handed your notice in so the contract will continue. They won't know about the calls other companies make

Calls might be recorded at the time, but it doesn't say how long they keep them for. Might only be a week

3 are in my good books at the moment. £70 of credit appeared on my bill when I upgraded. Fook knows where it came from

Hes trying to say that nothing was noted on there files that I no longer wanted a contract with 3 as of may, so therefore i wanted my contract to carry on, cancelled it as of 22nd July which means I have to pay £108 on 13th August (plus other charges that may occur within the next 30 days so ive been told) Cant be arsed goin on at them no more just gonna pay it. They dont listen to what you say or answer questions specifically, they wont actually agree to nothing as they no it may be a verbal agreement. So its like talking to a computer/brick wall

i am not 100% sure but if they have told you they is no recording of the 11th march call and you tell them you canceled the contract on that date, you might have a case ? customer is always right quote
