got a 4 channel amp and a kenwood headunit with 1 pre out want to connect components to 2 channels and bridge 2channels for sub but as i only have one rca pre out if i use a y splitter will this mean i cant fade the front and rears like you can at mo?

think so as they arnt seperate front back etc.

No you wont be able to unfortunatly, your basically using one preout for everything.
