Not looked yet but though i would ask all you guys on here..

How do I start a dispute on paypal for a item not received through ebay and was paid by paypal.?

go to the transaction details page and at the bottom of the page, there is the link for the dispute/resolution centre

Kept forgetting the email / passwords over the last 5 years, so just kept making a new account. I didn't know that you're only allowed the car on 3 accounts. Nothing bad though.
