i think my corsa engine bearings are on the way out pressure on startup is low and pump checked works fine !! Is it easy to remove them with engine still in place and how do I buy new ones how to measure !! i already have something in mind but i need to confirm thanks

Confused, what pump? and do you mean you want bearings made to measure? Which bearings you mean? And whats your plan?

Id suggest trying a thinner oil before swapping bearings. The thicker the oil, the longer it takes to start flowing freely and may cause low oil pressure on start up. Should be able to change big end bearings in situe tho. Although i never have. Just guessing.

i am using 10-40w semi synthetic oil if i go thinner i will have to use fully synthetic

I just dont see how big end bearings being worn would cause low oil pressure? But i may just be being stupid?

yes the pressure depends on bearing clearence
