yep. with overcrowding prisons and the mountains of paperwork the copper will have to do to sort out proper law breakers.. it is far more cost effective to penalise tax payers etc. so thast what happens

TBF he parked his patrol car where he could. He had to weigh up brilliant parking with dealing with that numpty of a driver asap

So in order to deal with someone who was parked illegally,he had too park his car illegally too and cause an obstruction,for the crime off the century?

Which situation is more dangerous though. Kids being kids or parking in a place that makes it more possible somebody will be run over?
