thats have bought them recently, ie the new kits not the old ones that rubbed against the wheels.

opinions on them? price you paid? how would you improve them?

i bought mine for £250 of 86coz i think (new). i think they're great, and performance wise its turned my car into a go-cart! i'm not very mechanically minded so thats all the input i can give really...

I could do with getting a new pair for the front...

i still have the old design which catches, so need 5mm spacers with standard gsi alloys

I got mine the same as LAMM13. I also think they're great! The improved the handling tenfold ober my old PMC shocks and springs

The only thing I'd improve are:

1) the instructions of building them up
2) the soft setting could be a little softer

i got mine from the same person as above, they really improved the handling of the car but i found that you had to have them a couple of notches from the softest setting to not have back ache and after only a couple of months of having them one of the seals on the front shock started leaking, had to send them back and they sorted it, ive also found a few other people have had the same problem with the seals going, but apart from that for the money they are a good bit of kit and i found they are really easy to adjust the ride height and really easy to adjust the dampening

they worked fine when they were on, nothing bad to say about them when they were 180 brand new. avo's are far better though

im using the cheap old set too, 3mm spacer sort the cleance issue's

i think they are ok, not too hard imo
