Nice topic tbh, this guy simply hates people who mod cars in general.
Getting tired of it now, because i have an exhaust im doing something wrong in there eyes.

I know of several residents who are planning to take some sort of vigilante action and severely damage the cars of the worst offenders.
very mature... what a complete twat. i bet he zooms around in his motorbike which funnily enough, usually has loud exhausts
