might go look at a car over the weekend, thing is theres no pics up yet... its a W-Reg 2000 Clio 172. question is, is there any chance of that being the facelift model? ive got a feeling only the older shaped lights were made in 2000!?

Yeh that year will be an early one. You got some of the 51 plates Renaultsports in the facelift IIRC

ive got a mate whos selling a 182 on a 05 plate for 8 grand.Done 30,000 and is in mint condition if you are interested?

The older shape 172s look good though..front bumpers etc but definately only 51 plate onwards with angular lights.

check for faults, hold down the trip computer button on the end of the stalk and turn on the ignition, sends the dials into diag mode

cheers im looking around the £5k mark though really, thus why im looking at a 2000 plate with 70k miles!
