Not sure m8 but according to my policy i can drive any car that falls into that criteria

i suppose it raises the point that the road tax isnt valid with out insurance so the second you step out of the car it has no tax

another point to take into account is whether its third party or TPFT, if you're only third party and your ferrari gets robbed when you aren't in it, its not insured. you're only insured when you're actually driving it. as far as i'm aware at least

third party only is the cover i have on vehicles im allowed to drive by the owners consent.
basically my mate is just being a clever twat about it, it isnt legal and i think what he is doing is wrong. but as he is a mate theres nothing i can do about it other than just hope he doesnt crash into me
