Going up to Edniburgh for a nice weekend in July with the missus. Got a nice Hotel booked and wanted to surprise her by booking a nice fancy restaurant for the Saturday night and would be much obliged if you kind people could offer me some advice or point me in the right direction

Heights (Think its on castle street but bring ££££ )

i went to edinburgh for my wedding anniversary in april,booked a table at 'the outsider' on george IV bridge,was excellent

The Living Room on George Street in nice, food is first class.

Cheers for the suggestions people

I'm staying at the Raddison SAS but not too fussed if the restaurant is near by. We enjoyed The Living Room on our last visit so I'm thinking between The Outsider & The Heights as they have both been mentioned by other people I know.
