Why don't they just get over it like everyone else?
why dont people with Agoraphobia just go outside, why dont people with a fear of spiders stash a load of house spiders in their bed before they go to sleep? Shyness should actually be classed as a phobia. I bet you have phobias that you couldnt just "get over"

Hes been to the doctors and was told to exercise more, makes sense! Hes never clean shaven, his shirt wasn't ironed yesterday and generally looks a mess! He keeps saying how he hates his life, job, has no money, coming to work would solve that! I was sat across from him this afternoon and it was depressing just looking at him at his desk! Said he didn't want to go home because of all the arguing, I was actually surprised to see him on Monday as I was convinced he was going to end it!
I feel for the bloke. HE's obviously got some real personnal issues he can't sort out by himself. In todays political correctness world though, who do you go to to help.
When your down and having a bad time, things like a clean shirt doesn't matter and you are happy just to make it through the day without getting more upset.
Guy sounds like he needs a mate to help him out.

So how was he driven to being a coke head if life at home is too hard to bear.......... If you feel sick and miserable at the thought of going home, but couldn't move out?
How would you feel?

He was in this morning, bang on 9:30 - The latest you can come in! His Mum had dragged him to work and he said she was having a go at him all the way there! He'd even had a shave! He was still a bit miserable, his face looked like a slapped arse! but got a bit chatty as the day went on.

Indeed with its unique culture of "Lactobacillus casei Shirota" it would make anyone feel good.
