They inject steriods directly into their biceps, the guy on the right had a hematoma (sp) iirc and started to syphen out the bad blood himself with a needle.

Thats if it's the same guy

Lol synthol is oil isn't it? Not a steroid? You just literally inject it into your muscle and it just sits there and makes your muscle that size without any work iirc?

Steroids and synthol are both injected IM (intra muscular) ie directly into the musle. Synthol is a site injection oil, not a steroid.

Those guys are an embarrassement to themselves. That's abuse, not bodybuilding.
