So I did the race for life yesterday, thought that I wouldn't have to train much for it as my hockey season only ended a couple of months ago and thought I'd still be quite fit. How wrong was I!!!! My legs are hurting soooooooooo much. Walking up and down the stairs is killing me!!!

at the gym isn't over unfirm ground though that makes you use more muscle groups. didn't say i wasn't fine yesterday just said that my legs ache today. and i did it in 29 minuts 38 sec's which i thought was quite fast compared to a lot of people
