problem is the scummy dole ones wont be affected by it they will just shrug it off
however it will prob push a couple more absent fathers that do work and already living on the breadline to commit suicide tho but thats nothing new for the csa

Ive got a few mates with kids & although none of them are with the mothers they all see right by the kids, taking time to see them & pay there share.............how it should be always, sadly sometimes people use the kids welfare to throw punches at eachother.

No what I mean is like the father will say im not paying you child support......just to get one over on the ex, without thinking for a second about the child whos the one that suffers.
Im not doubting for a second youve not given them a good upbringing

Don't get this, Name and shame.....
Do they really think the fathers who are like this actually have access to a PC, and will go on that website to see their name? Will they really care?
She is right though, why should us tax payers pay for the dossers...

I agreed with it and i don't because if they have never paid maintanence... then naming them isnt excatly going to force them into paying it
But removing passports sounds like a good idea, so does having access to their bank accounts (awaits flaming for infringement of human rights!) but that may increase people working 'cash in hand' to avoid having money off of them
IMO, they should go to prision, but with overcrowding as bad as it is that wouldn't work.
So, really, anything they do isn't going to work
Sorry Kez, i do hope the prick pays up!

I think its going to make sod all difference. OK thier name will be on a web site but so what. How many people will be looking at that web site. very very few.
The will need to get it indexed by the likes of google etc to have any impact what so ever.
Even then - those not paying are probably not going to give two hoots about it.
