My mate who I go with drags me there
Seriously though, I get like that sometimes, I have a picture of myself from a few years ago when I was a right skinny cunt in my bedroom, everytime I see it, it motivates me to go, as quite frankly, I look like a skeleton
Also, if your building muscle, and losing fat, then you wont be losing any weight, as muscle weighs more than fat

good diet and plenty of cardio. You could do it in 6 weeks aslong as you stick to it and do it properly (and not too fat!).
Just doing situp, etc. wouldnt help as will just tone the muscle under the fat, although would be a good addition for when you get rid of the exces flab!

Routine seems to be what has kept me going, plus seeing the benefits of slowly losing the belly. I get up at 7 0 every morning, breakfast by 7:15 then sit down and watch the breakfast news in Spanish (good practice ) and at the pool by 8 0 sharp. Same again in the evening, the second neighbours has finished im back down there, its got to the stage where if I miss a session I feel a bit guilty for breaking the routine!

Plus if you weigh yourself every day, do it at the same time. I do it after the morning shit, before eating breakfast Lost 2 stone exactly now since staring the whole get-fit thing in December

running, exercise or real bike, anything that get your heart rate up for a decent amount of time.
And its useless doing that without a good diet. Healthy breakfast (very important!), and then healthy throughout the day.

Diet is the hardest, have to break out of bad habits and be prepared.
Skilled milk too Skimmed is best
Just something healthy, meat and veg or salad. Nothing too high in cals or fat.
