Well...got a text off the girl that sold it to me through ebay, Leanne.
Guess what?! She's lost the fuckin logbook 
She needs my name and address again apparantly.
WTF? All she had to do was post it!  I filled all of it in, signed it, took the tear off I get, and gave it back to her.
Will she have to pay for a new logbook? I mean, I only paid £200 for the car, if it's £XX amount she might not bother

It's a £25 fee for a replacement, V62 form, I had to fill one in earlier at the DVLA office even though I didn't need a replacement log book

Have you got the new owner slip?
Just go to a DVLA office and state you haven't received notification yet. You'll probably get lucky and get it sorted out for free.
