It's not about it being better than a Corsa, that's a given
I'd rather watch a PROPER dragster, which makes a PROPER noise and doesn't just make a cloud of smoke and then whoooosh down the strip with a crap noise.
As for the not being forced to watch it... whenever you go, whatever the event, they wheel it out to impress the 12 year olds, even at the big events, they mess about for 20 minutes warming it up, smoking the barn, stopping a real car going down the strip, at these events, there is no other option than watching it, unless you want to look at the floor saying 'la la la' to yourself.

So you wouldnt have a go, given the chance?
Maybe then it wouldnt be so boring !!!
I see what people say by saying seen it once and thats enough but shit happens.
If you looked at the bank where everyone was sat it soon filled up when they brought that out then died after, so it amused some for all of 6secs

No, it was a statement to convey just how much the car is shown, not stupid, maybe slightly exaggerated.
Why does it matter anyway? Why am I being persecuted for thinking it's shit?

I could be wrong but i though fireforce 4 held the record at 5.2?
Mind you, im only going on a youtube video lol
I was excited about seeing it this year at PVS. Now i want to se shockwave! The 6000bhp drag car that needs a new clutch after every run. It runs on nitro-methane and the exhaust smoke would take your skin off
