I would only change that logo slightly. I think the 'L' looks out of place because it is a heavier typeface.

My alterations would have been to put change the 'L' and get rid of the cheesy quote.

That last one is good, and it didn't cost £400k to do It's a hell of a lot better than that stupid thing they pulled out of thier ass. The designer probably designed it on Friday night last week.
