Alright guys i wana finally check how low my car can go, the rims are 7inch wide ET37 15" alloys tyres are 195 40 R15
how low can i go with no archwork and rubbing?

You can deffinately go down 60mm. Just do the usual arch mods and to be safe and you'll fine!
Before i got wider arches i was running 60mm springs on 8" wide wheels on an et30 offset, although, the fronts did scrub, but only when i went down a big dip int road
