which is the best inlet manifold to buy for a 1.4 16v corsa sport, going on the basis of value and performance?? cant be toooo pricey

and then the same for the exhaust manifold??

Lemexual are proberly the best.

Ebay do good inlets (I have one) for £230 delivered...

Manifold, I'd go for a janspeed 4-2-1
