got a note from the royal mail, through the post,
'we were unable to deliver blala blaa because the sender didnt pay full postage, you need to pay £1.04 to have you parcel redelievered'
so i think fair enough, cheap bastard should have payed the postage etc but its only a quid, i mean wow, but reading it again i see the terms and conditions, state there is a £1 handling fee for underpaid items,
this means for the sake of 4p, they refused to send my parcel so i have to ring them up to get them to deliever it again when it suits them, whats the point plus they didnt say who its from so i may not even want it  no wander people never use them anymore

yer i had to pay £1 something for a letter like this. didnt have any details who it was from so i assumed if it was important they would send it again 
tbh they should really tell you who it is from

yep more reffering to the point how petty it is over 4p but the badger who sent it should have paid it

Reason they can't tell you who it's from is because most things don't say who or where there from!!

If the sender writes their name and address on the back of the envelope, does it get sent back to them if the recipient refuses to pay? If so I'm gonna write the recipient's name and address on the reverse from now on and post it, unpaid, to my own address.
