Actually, they sent my Windows Vista back to America as I didn't collect it

Idiots. Just been on the phone to them asking them where my parcel is for about 5 times today, one minute they are telling me its not been collected from the dep the nest they are telling me its at some other depo in leeds. It was going to my mums address but she goes away tomorrow I just dont know what to do now. The guy said he will phone me and let me know what the depo in leeds says but it wont be till tomorrow now. arrgghhh. I have been waiting since thursday last week for this.

I had the same with my new phone they told me exactly the same thing all day. I rang loads. It actually turned up that day though even though they said it wouldnt!

I really do sympathise as DHL is the worse company ever my o2 contract phone took 3 weeks to arrive as they kept forgetting to put it on the van - it cost me a fortune ringing them up constantly, enventually DHL paid for a priority next day delivery and the driver rung me when he was near my house lol - verdict use parceline
