The car is doing my head in i just dont know weather to give up and rip the engine out to be replace with a x16xe or try to fiz it! well CS your my last resort , its running really lumpy, the revs like to bounce in 1st and 2nd, doesnt go up hills very well im fucked if i gota do a hill start i just dont know what it could be... ive just replaced the inlet manifold gasket coz it was leaking (that hasnt done anything) and now ive changed the CTS sensor and still no difference? someone said check lamba sensor but the lad i bought the car off said hes put a new one in any help or suggestions much appreciated

idle control valve, its like a plug in the throttle body held in by two hex bolts, usually get gunked up, controls your car idle pretty much
