my back arch rubs (the plastic) on the drivers side back wheel when i have a passenger sitting behind the driver, is it possible to just file the arch away a bit or do i need to do something else??

remove the arch plastic covers, then angle grind as much away as possible then bond the plastic arch bits back on with tigerseal or similar. job done.

just leave it, the wheel will wear it away, mine used to do it all the time, then after a while it was frequently doing it, then it gradually got less and less

i was thinking tht but the plastic seems to be wearing away my wheel more than the other way round lol,
should i file it away or is this not a good idea??

just sand it with sandpaper. will do the job
