Just been to test drive one - Mk4 pre-facelift 130Tdi

Bit disapointed... seems to be alot of wind/road noise, even from VERY low speeds - is this right?

Also, when your driving, the climate control seems to drop and pick up again when blowing air - the fan speed doesnt drop on the screen but it does very much out of the vents... common problem? costly?

air con will maybe on auto, if it is, it messes around with the speed of air out the vents itself.

as for wind noise, should be a fairly quiet car really. the ones ive been in have always been reasonably quiet

It wasnt on auto,m and it was MUCH more temprimental as well
