I'm applying for a new mortgage at the moment and have a little bit of a problem as they're wanting my P60 for last year. The difficulty I've got is that I get paid a low salary and have the rest paid through dividends and these don't appear on the P60.

Is there anyway of getting around this? I've seen companies offering 'replacement' P60's - do you think banks would verify the details I supplied?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think I've got it sorted, I've be told that as along they can see a P60 which matches the pay I've told them then it'll be fine.

lenders usually ask for a p60 when an applicants income includes commission/overtime/bonus and they want it to be taken into account

when its just a basic salary they can usually verify this on bank statements or a payslip
