right well i have a 1.4 sport, and when i seem to sit in traffic or just sit around waiting the tempreature goes up an up, you can basically watch it move up an up. then when it hits just below 100 it will cool back down, im gatherin thats the fan coming on!
but why does it do this? why does it not cool down before its hit 100, the tempratures fine when driving just when waiting.
any 1 got any ideas what it could be?

when your moving the cool air coming in the grill cools the engine, whereas when its not moving there is no cold air near it.
