I put my car into a bloke i know 2 weeks ago on monday. He promised to do all the work i wanted and return the car in a week. I still dont have the car back.I went up last wednesday to see him and he promised i could have it by this weekend. Been up today and he has still done nothing.He now tells me middle of next week. A few of my mates have had work done by him and he also took his time with their cars but when it is done he does a top job. It is gettin close to PVS and i so desperately wanna show my car. Dunno whether to let him keep it and hope for the best or get it back and find someone else to do the work short notice. Anyones opinion would be appreciated.

depends on how much you trust him really, explain the situtation about wanting to show at PVS etc, me may pull his finger out

mine went in last year for a week, took 3 in the end, so did my mates. but im glad it did as i would never trust my car with someone else now...

tell him the date your picking it up, if its not ready take it else where and dont pay him

skirts, arches bumpers and doors painted. Dont wanna rush him as it will turn out poo if i annoy him but dont wanna miss pvs and i still have loads of work to do once its back
