Im always tired, but its to do with the fact i work a lot of nights. Just as you get used to doing nights, they stick you on a day shift then back on nights and it really fucks your body clock up

I used to be tired all the time. So I tried drinking more water. 4 litres a day is what you're meant to have. Also quit Coke and coffee for a bit as it's dehydrating, or drink caffine free. Also, with every meal make sure you eat some friet an veg so you get your vitamins up

Im always tired too, quite often have a kip for an hour or two at lunchtime. Im getting between 90 mins to 2 hours of exercise a day, sleeping for 8 hours at night at a regular time, and eating very healthily. I dont drink enough water though so im gonna try to make an effort to remember over the next couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. I should also have a diabetes test, my grandad went blind and died of it, my uncle is on inkections and my dad is on medication, so chances are I will also get it at somepoint

i get this aswell.... i think its partly diet and the fact i don't drink enough water, especially when at work.... all i seem to drink is tea and coffee which ain't much good for you. I've considered going to the doctors with it aswell to be honest...

I'm always tired lately, always always always. ..and I'm finding myself becoming more and more lazy. I REALLY want to turn it around and be the complete opposite but I find it so hard.. I've no idea what it is.
