a mate of mine bought suspension from them, took 6 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong ones. even though they said they had them in stock.

thats all I know about them.

I bought a fuel tank, arrived within two or three days, brother got an exhaust which arrived in a similar time.

Funny how Dave rarely has any success with people who could be seen as competitors? Do they know who they're dealing with?

buypartsby arent any competition of mine, not slating them in any way. Just telling colin of the experience a mate of mine had with them.

I imaging that most people will have had mixed experiences with them, as with most companies. If wasnt so much that they took 6 weeks to arrive, it was the fact they wouldnt refund the items after waiting for 3 weeks, then sent the wrong ones out and He had to pay the return postage and they quibbled about the refund and tried to take a 20% restocking fee, all worked out well in the end, he bought a suspension kit from Larkspeed, it arrived the next day and was the correct fitment

got my cat yesterday packaging was a bit shoddy but it was the right one and delivered in 2 days so i would recommend
