was chewing on some of it last night... home made, full of flavour but a bit spicy for my liking.

Anyone any idea how its made? I know its dried meat, but what else?

just dried out meat with salt and spices aint it?

i've tried beef jerky, was alright better in america than over here

its really tasty.....

smelled a bit liek BBQ sauce..

this was deer though, not Beef. Guy shot the deer, cut it up and 'jerkyised' it himself... Has big bags of the shit. A whole deer he said
