tuneing the 1.7 is very dificalt because of the denco ecu but tunein boxes give gains of 22 bhp ish so it b up to 120+ bhp and well ova 200 lbs ft

to be honest im more than happy with my 1.7 cdti if driven properly it will return about 50 mpg the lowest I ever get is 46 mpg and thats driving on he motorway at 85-90

well, the other week i did 37 miles around town, then plymouth to london and back on the A38, A303, M3 and M25 (so fairly mixed) with my climate control A/C on all the time and still got 49.9 mpg. I love it. A/C off and steady 70mph i dont see why 53+mpg wouldnt be possible.
