So what do yas think? interior is the only thing im not 100% about, are they reliable cars ? I drive that beast in my avatar right now but need a diesel!

yeah the panel has a 'night mode' button and you press it and all the lights on the panel dim except for the speedo, cool little gadget, if a little pointless.
is that an accord in you avatar? surely theres a diesel one? they are suposed to be much better cars

Saabs are good cars, old man used to have a 9000 back in the days and brother currently owns a 9-5 Aero Estate. They drive really well and are usually packed with plenty of luxuries - leather, heated seats, air con etc There built like a tanks, have 5 star safety rating and will last a long time - so there worth getting as a motorway cruiser.
Only things that are a bit of a downer are the cost of repairs and servicing, which are a pretty penny if you go to saab directly - though there are a number of saab specialists that are a lot cheaper. Plus, non-aero/turbo's tend to be a little slow, so if you can stretch for an aero/turbo then i would go for it as they are pretty damn nippy for such a big car - though if you have a heavy right foot and thrash it around you can expect low mpg (seen 8mpg on the trip computer in my brothers estate a few times, but he was hammering it).

The interiors are'nt bad, just theres a hell of a lot of buttons to get used to. Have you looked at what you can get in a Vectra for the same money as they are pretty similar underneath.
