Need a wee bit of help on this as not so sure on what to do,

Matt black paint? how hard to keep clean will it mark easy? What about satin would it give the same finish off on the car as to what matt black would?

Black base coat with satin or matt lacquar would be the best way. You can't use any wax/polish on it or you'll end up making it shiney
