I aint been bike riding in ages coz im a right unhealthy cunt.
Anyway had a good old bike ride today with a friend and managed to actually fall off my bike twice, so im cut and bruised to fuck.
I actually quite enjoyed it tho... made it much more fun i thought  Anyone else find this or do you tend to try and stay on the bike?
I will have to stop been such a lazy bugger and get out cycling more

Bike ridings Great exercise mate up untill last autumn i used to ride my trials bike everywhere but i broke it 
In the summer me and my mate used to do a round trip of manchester (around 40 mile) every weekend, pissing about on our way, Bunnyhopping the bench's in Picadilly garden's ect then stopping for a few pints pub to pub on the way, Loads more fun than jogging ect 
Wish i could buy another bike now but my car needs money spending on it

Try riding that badger, i like to ride when i can, inbetween 6 form work, and work, and yeah i agree... "if you dont fall off your not trying hard enough"

I was biking in Dalby Forest once and there were loads of us going through a trail and everyone was holding a large branch back as they went through. The guy in front of me just let it go and I went flying in to some bushes

yeah adam bessell mate,
God thats an achievement ive riden say 9 on mine and it wasnt pleasant lol, just been for a quick ride at the local skatepark

Back 
Went for a ride at Clumber Park, had been riding for about 30 mis & then it got stuck in a high gear. There were lots of hills to ride up on the way back & now my legs are killing

Pic of me racing, used to do the national DH series on a sponsored Giant ATX-1 DH, was fun but 3 broken wrists and coller bone later gave up If it wasn't for playing football properly I'd start again. Got a Kona hard tail now that I train on.
