Aye, under the rear beam.
More towards one side if you only want the jack one wheel up.

The rear beam?
I've never had one bend doing a wheel at a time.
I never jack both sides up at once(in middle of beam)

Middle of beam to jack both sides up, get some axle stands and lower it on them to be safe .. umm also make sure you put the car ina gear so it doesnt roll forward, just incase you dont. wouldnt be nice being crushed by a car
